Ingredients

4 -6 large spring roll wrappers
1 egg , beaten
8 ounces cooked chicken breasts , sliced into thin strips
1 medium red onion , thinly chopped
1 garlic clove , minced
1 inch fresh gingerroot , minced
1 teaspoon sambal oelek

10 ounces white cabbage , thinly sliced
8 ounces bean sprouts
1 can bamboo shoots
1 large carrot , shredded
1 tablespoon ketjap manis
2 tablespoons peanut oil

Instructions

1.Heat peanut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

5.Stir well to mix everything together.

8.Place the loempias onto a greased baking sheet and brush the tops with egg wash.
9.Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
