Ingredients

3 onions , sliced
1 tablespoon lemon rind , grated
2 garlic cloves , crushed and chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon fennel seed
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 fresh red chile , chopped
1 green pepper , diced
1 beef stock cube
1 cup hot water
1 1/2 cups coconut milk

Instructions
