Instructions

4.Add the sliced button mushrooms, cloud ear mushrooms, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, carrot, and red pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
5.Add the dark soy sauce, pepper, curry powder, rice wine, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sambal oelek, Worcestershire sauce, and salt to taste. Stir well and cook for 2 more minutes.
6.Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions.
7.Serve the soup in bowls, with the rice noodles on top. Enjoy!
