Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F. Grease 6 (6-ounce) ramekins with the softened butter.

5.Sprinkle the tops of the filled ramekins equally with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
6.Bake until the puddings are puffy and golden brown, and a tester inserted into the center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
