15 lbs mcintosh apples
15 lbs green tomatoes ( small )
7 lbs sugar
1 box raisins
1 box currants
4 teaspoons nutmeg
8 tablespoons cinnamon
8 teaspoons cloves , ground
1/8 cup salt ( or to taste )
