5 russet potatoes
1 can black beans
1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon tikka masala paste

1 teaspoon ground red pepper
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup water

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F.

10.Spoon the sour cream mixture over the beef mixture.
11.Top with cherry tomatoes.
12.Cover the dish with Reynolds Wrap Foil.
13.Bake for 45 minutes.
14.Remove the foil, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the casserole is slightly browned.
