1 1/2 tablespoons ground black pepper
1/4 cup roasted cashews
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

6.Bring the water to a boil and lower the heat to medium-low.
7.Add chopped broccoli, corn kernels, fresh green beans, chopped carrot, and 1/4 cup of water to the pan and stir well to combine.
8.Add 1/2 teaspoon of ground turmeric and 1 1/2 tablespoons of ground black pepper to the pan and mix well.
9.Cover the pan with a lid and let the rice cook for 20-25 minutes until the water has been absorbed and the rice is cooked through.
10.Once the rice is cooked, remove the pan from the heat and allow it to rest for 5 minutes.
11.In a small pan, roast 1/4 cup of cashews for 2-3 minutes over medium-high heat until they turn slightly golden.
