Ingredients

280 g button mushrooms , sliced thickly
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion , finely chopped
1 green chili , finely chopped
2 teaspoons crushed garlic
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon chili powder ( not Mexican style chili powder )
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons tomato puree
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon snipped chives , for presentation

Instructions
