Ingredients

1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 onion , peeled
2 garlic cloves , peeled
1 green chili pepper , trimmed and halved with seeds
1 piece fresh ginger , peeled
1 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 lb rib eye steak , cut into 24 chunks
1 red onion , peeled
1 cup mango chutney
4 pieces flat bread ( Indian na'an )

Instructions

3.Thread each chunk of steak onto 1 skewer along with a piece of red onion. Brush the onion with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
4.Preheat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Cook the kebabs, turning once, until grill marks appear and the steak is cooked to your liking, about 6 minutes total for medium rare.
5.In a bowl, whisk together mango chutney, remaining 1 tbsp. oil, and remaining 1 tbsp. lime juice.
6.Toast the flatbread on the grill.
7.Serve the kebabs with the cilantro sauce and mango chutney sauce, and flatbread.
