1/4 cup 2 % low-fat Greek yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped of fresh mint
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup hot mango chutney
4 hamburger buns
1 cup fresh spinach leaves
These Indian-spiced chicken burgers are a healthy and delicious twist on a classic favorite. Instructions

1.Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2.Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Add chicken; mix gently to combine. Divide chicken mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2 - inch- thick patty.
3.Place patties on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 5 minutes on each side or until done.
4.Combine yogurt, mint, and 1/8 teaspoon salt in a small bowl. Spread hot mango chutney evenly over top halves of buns; top bottom halves of buns with spinach leaves. Place patties on bottom halves of buns; top each serving with about 1 tablespoon yogurt mixture and top half of bun.
