20 g butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion , chopped
2 cloves garlic , sliced
2 tablespoons indian curry paste
1 small cauliflower , broken into florettes
1 liter chicken stock or 1 liter vegetable stock
1/4 cup natural yoghurt
cream ( to garnish )
pappadams , to serve

Instructions

7.Stir in the natural yogurt and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
