Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 180 C.

6.Mix the carrots, sultanas, cumin and sesame seeds in a bowl. Pour over the dressing and mix well.
7.Roughly chop the parsley and add to the carrot mixture, mixing until well combined.
8.Roughly chop the almonds and scatter them over the salad. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
