1 1/2 tablespoons red chili powder
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

1.In a bowl, mix the sliced seer fish with turmeric powder, red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, lemon juice, and salt.
2.Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and place the marinated fish in it.
3.Cook for 4-5 minutes on medium heat and flip over to cook the other side for another 4-5 minutes.
4.Remove from the pan and serve hot.
