1/2 cup tandoori paste
6 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 skinless , boneless chicken breast halves
6 tablespoons olive oil , divided
4 pieces tandoori naan bread
3 teaspoons spicy curry powder
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1 yellow bell pepper , thinly sliced
1 large red onion , thinly sliced
4 spreadable goat cheese
1 tomato , thinly sliced
4 ounces feta cheese

Instructions

1.Mix tandoori paste and yogurt into a paste.
2.Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and mix with 3 tbsp olive oil to fully coat it. Add curry powder, turmeric, and 2.5 tbsp of the tandoori-yogurt paste. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
3.Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)
4.Use the remaining olive oil to brush the top of the naan bread and assemble the chicken, bell pepper, tomato, onion, and goat cheese on top. Sprinkle feta cheese and remaining tandoori paste on top.
5.Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the naan is crispy and the cheese is melted.
