Ingredients

1 cup vegetable broth

1 clove garlic , coarsely chopped
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 teaspoon hing powder ( asafoetida )
1 pinch chili powder ( optional )
1 pinch ground cinnamon
1 package frozen shelled edamame ( green soybeans )
1 bunch broccoli , cut into florets
sea salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
Indian Curry Couscous with Broccoli and Edamame is a flavorful and healthy dish that combines the aromatic spices of Indian cuisine with the nutty flavor of couscous. Instructions

4.Add the frozen edamame to the pan and stir. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes, until heated through.
5.Add the broccoli florets, sea salt, and black pepper to the pan. Add 1/4 cup of water and cover. Cook for about 5 minutes, until broccoli is tender-crisp.
6.Stir in the cooked couscous and toasted sesame oil. Serve hot.
