4 teaspoons olive oil , divided
2 cups sliced onions
1 1/2 cups canned vegetable broth

1 can chickpeas , drained and divided ( garbanzo beans )
2 garlic cloves , chopped
16 cups chopped spinach ( about 12 ounces )
1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt

Instructions

4.Reduce heat, and then simmer, uncovered for 15 minutes.

6.In another large skillet, add 2 teaspoons of olive oil and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
7.Add spinach and cook until wilted.
8.Divide spinach onto serving plates. Top with the remaining chickpeas.
9.Drizzle with yogurt and serve.
