4 cups red onions , chopped
2 cups tomatoes , diced

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain yogurt
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 cup cilantro , chopped coarse
2 hard-boiled eggs
