1 1/2 lbs carrots
1 1/4 pints milk
1/4 g saffron
1 ounce honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 ounce gelatin

Instructions

1.In a pan, add washed and chopped carrots and boiling water. Cover with a lid and cook until soft.
2.Remove the excess water and add milk and saffron threads and cook for 10-15 minutes.
3.Once milk is cooked well with the carrot, add honey, cinnamon, and gelatin. Mix well and heat until everything is dissolved.
4.Pour the jelly into molds or a dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
