18 6-inch corn tortillas
1 jar salsa
1 cup sliced green onion
1 container sour cream
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

6.Add another layer of 6 tortillas and spread the remaining 2/3 of the meat mixture over the tortillas.
7.Add one final layer of 6 tortillas and spread the rest of the jar of salsa over the tortillas. Sprinkle cheddar and Monterey jack cheese over the top of the salsa.
8.Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
