2 medium ripe bananas
1 box yellow cake mix ( with out pudding )
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
confectioners ' sugar , to sprinkle ( optional )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 13x9 inch baking pan.
2.Mash bananas in a small bowl.

4.Stir in the mashed bananas and chopped almonds.

10.If desired, sprinkle confectioners' sugar over the top of the cake before serving.
