salt , as needed
1 teaspoon oil
coconut ( grated )

Instructions

1.Take rice flour in a bowl, add salt and mix well.

4.Take the Idiappam maker, add the dough to it and press it in a circular motion to get the shape.
5.Steam the Idiappam in a steamer for about 5-7 minutes.
6.Serve hot with grated coconut on top.
