Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
2.In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, coconut, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and oatmeal. Mix well.

4.Press mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.

7.Spread mixture over cooled bars and freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
8.Cut into squares and serve.
