1 lb ground beef
1 large onion , diced
1 garlic clove , chopped
8 ounces mozzarella cheese , shredded
1/2 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
1/4 cup fresh parsley , chopped
1 egg , beaten
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
8 ounces tomato sauce
1/2 cup parmesan cheese , grated
18 jumbo pasta shells , cooked and drained
salt and pepper , to taste
1/3 cup dry red wine
This stuffed shells recipe takes the classic Italian dish to a whole new level by using a rich and succulent blend of meat and cheeses. Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, then drain.
3.Add garlic and cook 1 minute longer.
4.Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and half the grated parmesan.
5.Spread 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce into a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
6.Stuff shells with beef mixture and place in dish.
7.Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over shells.
8.Pour tomato sauce around shells and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and parmesan.
9.Pour wine around the edges of the dish.
10.Cover with foil and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
