1 small onions or 1 small scallion , chopped fine
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
pepper
lettuce leaf
mayonnaise
1 small tomatoes , peeled & sliced
1 hard-boiled egg , thinly sliced

Instructions

1.In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pork, boiled potatoes, chopped beet, chopped green apples, chopped gherkin, chopped onion, hard-boiled egg, oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2.Place the lettuce leaves on a plate and spoon the mixture on top.
3.Spread mayonnaise over the salad mixture.
4.Place tomato slices and hard-boiled egg slices on the top of the salad.
5.Garnish with sliced gherkins. Chill and serve.
