Ingredients

1 striped bass , cleaned but with head and tail left on
3 teaspoons salt , divided
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons cumin seeds , crushed to a paste
2 tablespoons paprika
1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
black pepper
lemon slice ( to garnish )

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 400° F.
2.Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt all over fish, inside and out. Place in baking dish.
3.In a separate bowl, mix together olive oil, crushed cumin seeds, paprika, chopped garlic, and remaining 2 teaspoons of salt. Spread mixture evenly over the fish.
4.Scatter chopped parsley over the fish and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
5.Remove from oven and serve with lemon slices as a garnish.
