2 lbs lean veal
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons lard
2 onions , finely chopped
1 tomatoes , crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1.Cut the veal into 2 inch cubes and place in a bowl
2.Mix the paprika and water together in a small bowl and set aside
3.In a large pot, melt the lard over medium heat
4.Add the onions and cook until tender
5.Add the veal to the pot and brown on all sides
6.Add the crushed tomato, paprika mixture, salt and pepper and stir well
7.Reduce the heat and simmer for 90-120 minutes, or until the meat is tender
8.Serve hot with your favorite side dish
