2 tablespoons butter
1 fresh garlic clove , finely chopped
2 tablespoons flour

3/4 cup cream or 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

1.Heat butter on medium heat in a pan until it melts.

7.Cook on low heat for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through and the spinach or swiss chard is cooked to your liking.
