Ingredients

3 -4 lbs chuck roast
1/4 cup flour , and
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
3 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 garlic clove , crushed
1 large onion , sliced
celery
1/2 cup beef broth
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons parsley , chopped
8 ounces wide egg noodles , cooked and drained

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 325°F.
