Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs beef pepper steak or 1 1/2 lbs beef stew meat

1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt , ( the original recipe stated 2 tsp . I cut it down due to reviews and I tried it again . )
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1 1/2 cups water

Instructions
