1 1/2 cups milk

3 tablespoons cooking oil
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1 -2 tablespoon honey
1 cup ground poppy seed
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup damson plum jam
1/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
2 ounces semisweet chocolate , grated
1/4 cup golden seedless raisins
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped candied orange peel
2 tablespoons rum
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

1.In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
2.Add eggs, milk, melted butter, soda water, and cooking oil to the bowl. Using a whisk or electric mixer, beat until the batter is smooth.
3.Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, brushing with butter or vegetable oil.
4.Pour a ladle full of the batter on the skillet and spread it over to make a thin pancake.
5.Cook until the top is set and the bottom is golden brown.
6.Flip and cook the other side until it's golden brown too.
7.Place the cooked pancakes on a wire rack to cool down.
8.In a mixing bowl, stir together the chopped walnuts, honey, poppy seed, and honey.
9.Spread the walnut and honey filling on one pancake and place another pancake on top of it. Repeat with the remaining pancakes.
10.Spread the damson plum jam on top of the last pancake.
11.To make the chocolate topping, melt butter and grated chocolate in a microwave or using a double boiler set-up. Stir well and add granulated sugar. Spread the chocolate mixture over the last pancake.
12.Sprinkle the topping with golden seedless raisins, chopped candied orange peel, and chopped walnuts.
13.Drizzle the rum over the topping. Let the cake set for an hour to infuse the flavors.
