8 -9 tablespoons cocoa powder

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a kugelhopf (or bundt) pan.
2.Beat the egg yolks and sugar together until light and fluffy.
3.Add in flour, lemon zest, orange juice, and vegetable oil gradually, mixing until just combined.
4.In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold them gently into the batter.
5.Divide the batter in half. Add cocoa powder to one half, and mix well.
6.Spoon both the vanilla and the chocolate batter into the prepared pan, creating a marble effect by swirling the two mixtures together.
7.Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
8.Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before removing it from the pan and transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
9.Dust with icing sugar before serving (optional).
