Ingredients

1 1/2 - 2 lbs stew meat
1 -2 medium onion , chopped fine
1 teaspoon caraway seed
1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 green pepper , chopped
1/3 - 1/2 cup water
3 -4 medium potatoes , water to just cover
flour

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
