1 tablespoon Karo syrup

Instructions

10.In a double boiler over simmering water, melt chocolate chips, instant coffee, and 4 tablespoons of butter. Stir until smooth.
11.Remove from heat and stir in rum (optional).
12.In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
13.Fold chocolate mixture into whipped cream until combined.
14.Spread frosting over cooled cake.
15.In a double boiler over simmering water, melt semisweet and unsweetened chocolate with vegetable oil and Karo syrup.
16.Stir until smooth.
17.Spread chocolate mixture over frosting.
18.Refrigerate for 1 hour or until chocolate is set.
