2 green onions , cut into 1 inch pieces

Instructions

1.In a pot of boiling water, cook ham hocks for about 15 minutes.
2.Remove the hocks and rinse them with cold water. In a pan with vegetable oil, cook the hocks until they turn brown. Remove the hocks from the pan and drain any excess oil.
3.In the same pan, add black beans, garlic, and green bell pepper and cook for about two minutes.
4.Add soy sauce, hot red pepper powder, and chicken broth and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
5.Add in the cooked ham hocks and green onions and let simmer until heated through.
6.Serve with steamed rice and enjoy!
