Ingredients

2 cans chickpeas ( Pre-cooked , liquid drained & reserved )
2 tablespoons tahini ( May use peanut butter )
2 garlic cloves , smashed ( I always use 3-4 - Love garlic ! )
1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon salt ( This can be omitted or reduced for the salt-restricted )
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup red pesto sauce ( More or less as desired )

Instructions

1.Open the cans of chickpeas and drain the liquid into a bowl. Keep the chickpeas aside.
2.Add tahini, garlic cloves, lemon pepper, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil to the bowl with the chickpea liquid. Mix well.
3.Add the chickpeas to the liquid mix and blend until smooth.
4.Add red pesto sauce to the chickpea mix and stir well.
5.Transfer the hummus into a serving bowl and top it with drizzles of olive oil.
6.Serve with tomato twissis twist chips. Enjoy!
