8 potatoes - peeled and sliced thin
4 carrots , sliced thin
1 pound ground beef
2 cans condensed tomato soup

Instructions

1.Preheat the oven to 375°F
2.In a large frying pan, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned, about 7-10 minutes

4.Grease a large baking dish with cooking spray
5.Evenly distribute the beef in the bottom of the dish
6.Layer the potatoes and carrots on top of the beef
7.Pour the condensed tomato soup over the potato and carrot mixture
8.Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the potatoes and carrots are cooked through.
