Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry
2 tablespoons cornstarch
6 dried chilies
2 tablespoons sherry wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons peanut oil
green onion , chopped
dry roasted peanuts , chopped
Hot Szechwan Chicken is a popular Chinese dish that originated in the Szechwan province of China. This dish is characterized by its bold and spicy flavors that set your mouth on fire, and yet it is so delicious that you can't resist it. Instructions

1.Cut chicken breasts into bite-size pieces and marinate them with 2 tablespoons of low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of dry sherry, and 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
2.In a small bowl, mix together 2 tablespoons of sherry wine, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of brown sugar, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
3.Heat 3 tablespoons of peanut oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Stir-fry chicken until browned and cooked through, for about 6 to 8 minutes.
4.Remove the chicken and set aside. Add 6 dried chilies (de-seeded and cut into sections), and stir-fry until the oil is fragrant but not burnt for about 1 minute. Return the chicken to the wok, and stir in sherry wine mixture. Cook for another minute until the sauce thickens.
5.Add chopped green onions and dry roasted peanuts. Toss everything together and serve with steamed rice.
