2 hot red chili peppers , seeded and cut into pieces
2 cups canned whole tomatoes
2 medium onions , chopped
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon wine vinegar
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

1.In a blender, add the canned whole tomatoes, hot red chili peppers, half of the chopped onions, and garlic. Blend until smooth.
2.In a saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the remaining onions to the saucepan and cook until translucent.
3.Add the blended tomato mixture to the saucepan and stir well.
4.Add ground coriander, sugar, salt, and wine vinegar. Stir well and simmer for 10 minutes.
5.Remove from heat and let cool. Once cooled, add chopped parsley.
