Ingredients

5 lbs potatoes
1 lb bacon , Cut into 1/4 in Strips
2 yellow onions
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons parsley
Hot Bavarian Potato Salad is a traditional German dish that is famous for its creamy texture and tangy taste. Instructions

1.Wash potatoes and cut them into quarters.
2.Cook them in a large pot of water on medium-high heat until tender but not mushy, about 15 to 20 minutes. Drain pot when potatoes are cooked.
3.In a large skillet, cook bacon strips until brown and crispy. Remove the bacon from skillet and set aside.
4.Add diced onions to the skillet and cook in the bacon grease until they are translucent.
5.Add beef broth, salt, pepper and vinegar to the onions and bring to a boil.
6.Once it boils, add the cooked potatoes to the skillet and stir until everything is well combined. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
7.Turn off heat, crumble bacon pieces and sprinkle on top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
