Ingredients

1 1/2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup beef stock
1 cup cream
3 tablespoons horseradish , grated
salt and white pepper , to taste

Instructions

1.In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2.Add the flour to the pan and whisk continuously until the mixture is smooth.
3.Gradually pour in the beef stock, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
4.Reduce the heat to low and add in the cream, whisking until well combined.
5.Stir in the grated horseradish and season with salt and white pepper, to taste.
