1 can chickpeas ( garbanzos )
1/2 cup caesar salad dressing , I use Kraft free Ceasar Italian
1 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 garlic clove , minced
1 lemon , juice of
1 tablespoon olive oil ( optional )
chopped parsley ( optional )

Instructions

1.Drain and rinse chickpeas. Remove any loose skins if you wish
2.In a food processor, add the chickpeas, garlic powder (or raw garlic), Caesar salad dressing (starting with 1/4 cup and adding more as needed), lemon juice and olive oil.
3.Process until smooth. Taste and adjust any seasonings if necessary.
4.Place the dip in a bowl and drizzle with additional dressing and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired.

PROS

Hope’s Yummy Bean Dip is quick to prepare, healthy and tastes absolutely delicious.

CONS

This dip has the possibility to be high in calories if too much dressing is added, so be mindful with the dressing.
