Ingredients

1 pound pork loin , cut into 1-inch cubes
1 cup water
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup white sugar

1 egg , beaten

2 cups peanut oil for frying
1 green bell pepper , cut into large chunks
2 cayenne peppers , sliced
4 slices canned pineapple , chopped

Instructions

10.In the same wok, stir-fry the bell pepper, cayenne peppers, pineapple, garlic, and green onions for 2-3 minutes.
11.Add the fried pork to the wok and stir together until well combined.
12.Pour the sweet and sour sauce over the pork and vegetable mixture. Stir together until the sauce is thickened and heated through.
13.Serve hot with rice.
