Ingredients

2 big onions
2 green capsicum
250 g baby corn
4 medium tomatoes

2 tablespoons oil
1 cup cold water
1 1/2 tablespoons cornflour

1/2 teaspoon aji-no-moto

Instructions

1.Cut onions and capsicum into 1-inch pieces. Halve the baby corns and keep aside.
2.Heat oil in a wok and fry onions till they turn pinkish. Add the chopped garlic and sauté well.
3.Then add the capsicum and baby corn and stir-fry on high flame for 2 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and continue to cook for 2 minutes.
4.Add about 1 cup of water to mix the sauce in and bring it to boil. Then add salt, white pepper, red chilli powder, sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and aji-no-moto.
5.Stir and cook for a minute.
6.Finally, mix cornflour in cold water and add to the wok. Keep stirring till the gravy becomes thick.
7.Hong Kong Baby Corn Delight is ready. Serve hot.
