Instructions

4.Stir in the vanilla. Add the flour mixture alternately with the sour cream, mixing just until incorporated.
5.Spoon half of the batter into the prepared pan. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining 1 cup sugar with the cinnamon and mix well. Sprinkle half of this mixture over the batter in the pan. Spoon the remaining batter into the pan and sprinkle the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
6.Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and let cool completely.
