Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp , peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons honey

1 cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

1.In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine water and sugar. Bring to a boil, stir until the sugar dissolves.
2.Add walnuts into the saucepan and cook for 2 minutes until toasted. Transfer to a plate lined with baking paper and separate the walnuts.
3.In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg whites until fluffy and white. Add in the rice flour and mix well.
4.In a wok or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Dip the shrimps into the egg-white mixture, drop them into the heated oil and cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Strain out the cooked shrimps.
5.In a mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, honey, and condensed milk. Add the cooked shrimps into the sauce and stir to coat evenly.
6.Add the walnuts into the mixing bowl and stir to combine with the shrimps.
