Ingredients

4 skinless , boneless chicken breast halves
4 tablespoons Boursin cheese with herbs
8 slices bacon
toothpicks
1/2 cup honey

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2.Place each chicken breast between two sheets of waxed paper, and pound with a meat mallet until about 1/4 inch thick.
3.Spread 1 tablespoon of Boursin cheese over the top of each chicken breast.
4.Roll up each chicken breast, and wrap each roll with 2 slices of bacon.
5.Secure with toothpicks.
6.Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
7.Drizzle honey over the chicken.
8.Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, until no longer pink and juices run clear.
