Ingredients

1 1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons honey
3 cups white bread flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup wheat bran ( cereal bits )
1 1/2 tablespoons oat bran
2 teaspoons fast rise yeast or 3 teaspoons active dry yeast
Honey Bran English muffins are a classic breakfast staple, and the best way to enjoy them is when they are freshly baked. Instructions

1.Add water, butter and honey to the bread machine pan.
2.Add flour, salt, wheat and oat bran on top of the liquid.
3.Make a well in the center of dry ingredients and add the yeast.
4.Select the Dough cycle on your bread machine.
5.After the cycle, take out the dough from the bread machine.
6.Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
7.Flour your dough board carefully and form the dough to 1/2 inch thickness.
8.Cut circles with a biscuit cutter or glass and rest on a floured baking sheet.
9.Let it rise for 30 minutes.
10.Grease a griddle or skillet and set it on medium heat.
11.Cook for 6 to 10 minutes on each side until golden brown using low-medium heat.
12.Let it cool in room temperature before putting it in an air-tight container.
