8 chicken wings
1/4 cup bagoong , alamang or 1/4 cup shrimp sauce
3 tablespoons honey
1 cup all-purpose flour
cooking oil
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons bagoong , alamang or 2 teaspoons shrimp sauce
1 tablespoon water

Instructions

1.Preheat oven to 200C.
2.Season chicken wings with salt and pepper.
3.Put flour in a large Ziploc bag and add the chicken wings inside.
4.Shake the bag until the wings are fully coated.
5.Heat the oil in a frying pan.
6.Fry the chicken wings until golden brown.
7.Mix bagoong and honey then brush the mixture ontop of the wings.
8.Place the chicken wings in the preheated oven and cook for 8-10 minutes.
