75 g small re bird 's eye chilies , coarsely chopped
1 onion , large , chopped
4 garlic cloves , chopped
2 tablespoons sunflower oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup white vinegar
2 tablespoons Thai fish sauce

Instructions
