Who doesn't love Nutella? This beloved chocolate hazelnut spread is a staple in many households. However, the store-bought version often contains a lot of sugar and additives. Fortunately, making homemade Nutella is quick and easy, and with only three ingredients, it's also a much healthier alternative. This recipe provides a rich, chocolatey flavor with the added bonus of health benefits from the nuts and dark chocolate.

Instructions

1.Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
2.Spread the chopped hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast them for about 10–12 minutes or until they are golden brown, shaking the pan a few times to prevent burning
3.Take them out of the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
4.Place the hazelnuts in a food processor, and process until the nuts have turned into a smooth, creamy nut butter.
5.In a small pan, melt the chocolate chips over low heat. Add the melted chocolate to the hazelnut butter and process again until everything is well combined.
6.Add one tablespoon of oil at a time and process the mixture until it reaches desired consistency.
